Review: Nabla Holiday Collection 2017

Hi loves! Its time to share with you Nabla Holiday Collection 2017, which contains eyeliners, lip kits, liquid lipsticks and makeup bag. Lets start with the liners and in this collection there is 3 new Dazzle Liners in shade Cruel Jewel, Comet and Industrial (6ml, 11.90 EUR).

These come in a clear tubes and I can see the color of the liner. These are tip in liners and the brush that comes with these is nice and small, which lets me do thinner and thicker lines.

These liners have glossy finish and are light reflecting. These are pigmented, but I feel with the darker shades I need be more careful when applying to get even coat, special the shade Cruel Jewel. These do glide on smoothly and it feels light. Before applying its recommended to shake it up to get better application. The formula of these is long lasting and these stay on all day with out fading or flaking off.

  • Comet - is a beautiful rose gold shade and it looks just stunning. I wore it in one of my insta looks, which you can see here.
  • Cruel Jewel - is dark ruby red. I have had hard time applying it and need to work bit harder with it, but its so worth it :) Stunning shade!
  • Industrial -  isa silver gray, which is another beautiful shade.

The collection contains 4 lip kits, which include lip liner and a liquid lipsticks. You can also buy only the liners as a bundle (also all 4 kits together), but not only the liquid lipsticks.

The liners are so creamy and glide on to lips easily and are also pigmented. The same can be said about the liquid lipsticks. The formula of the liquid lipsticks is light weight and most of them apply evenly to the lips. You can see down below the swatches. The applicator is standard doe foot and is just the right size for application.

These do stay on beautifully as long as you don't eat anything, then it does fade away in the middle. Its easy to fill them inn and it doesn't look weird, because you didn't take it off completely. These are drying, but not as much as the colourpop ones.

  • Bad Boy - is matte dark burgundy purple. Its the only one in the kit, which didn't apply as evenly as other liquid lipsticks. I didn't have any issues with the lip liner.

  • Grace - is one of my favorite kits. Its beautiful burned peach with pink satin effect. I loved the effect so much and it looks absolutely stunning.
  • Alter Ego -  is a matte dark fuchsia amaranth. Its so bright and fun color and perfect for the holidays or for up coming spring/summer season.

  • Closer - is a matte pinkish brown, which is another great everyday shade. I love nudes more with hint of brown to them, because they don't wash me out.

This collection also contains six new liquid lipsticks, which are stunning shades and some of these shades are not what I usually go for, but look surprisingly good on me. These feel the same quality as the liquid lipsticks in the kits. These all apply evenly on lips.

  • Silk Road - is cherry red with metallic finish, perfect for the holidays.
  • Zen - light nude with matte finish. Its another shade which  is perfect for everyday.
  • Ritual - is a cool tone hazelnut brown with matte finish. I didn't think it would look good on me at all, but its surprisingly flattering tone.

  • Broadway - is cinnamon nude with matte finish. This is another unique shade and first thought was that this is too warm tone and it makes me look weird. To my surprise its not looking weird at all and is actually pretty shade.
  • Anarchy - is pastel mauve taupe with matte finish. This is perfect shade for special event.
  • Noblesse Oblige - is rosewood with matte finish. Its beautiful pink tone shade for everyday wear.

Every time Nabla comes out with a new collection they impress me from the cute packaging to the quality of their products. They have created some beautiful new liquid lipsticks shades and I love them all. You can find their collection here.

Review: Christian Faye SuperB Mascara

Hi loves! Time to share with you an amazing mascara. I have been loving Christian Faye SuperB Mascara (18.95 EUR) and it makes my lashes look so fluffy.

The Mascara comes in a beautiful golden tube and has silicon brush.I feel lately I have had so much luck with silicon brushes and this is a good one as well. The brush grabs hold of all my lashes and gives them even coat. It instantly lifts my lashes, gives volume and length. Also the silicon brush helps to separate my lashes, leaving them long and full.

This mascara stays put all day and it didn't flake or smudge on me (even here in Philippines). I think the fact I don't sweat it off here in the humid weather says it all. Because its so long lasting on my lashes I was worried its hard to remove, buy it comes off easily with a cleansing oil (review), it takes everything off and no mascara residue is left behind.

If you wanna see how it looks on my lashes you can see demo video down below. I filmed it here in Philippines and thats why its not on my usual standards (I'm sometimes out of focus, sorry about that).

I'm more then happy with this mascara! It gives me beautiful lashes, which last all day <3 If you are interested in it, you can find it here.

Review: Sugar Cosmetics Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick | 05 Rust Lust

Hi loves! Today's post is up earlier then usual, because I'll be going to vacation to Philippines :) I'm so excited for all the sun and swimming I'm going to be doing. The next two weeks the posts on my blog will not be regular. I don't know how much time I have to do blog things, but I try my best. Lets continue with today's review and I have a lovely liquid lipstick from Sugar Cosmetics. Its their Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick and I have shade 05 Rust Lust (6.50 EUR, 4.5ml). There is altogether 20 shades available.

The liquid lipstick comes in a clear tube, which is easy to store and I like I can see the shade I have. The applicator is flat doe foot and for me it has worked well. Its easy to apply the product and follow the lip line.

The formula of it feels light wight and its pigmented, I need only one coat. Its with vitamin E, dermatologically tested and approved. It has a matte finish and its super long lasting. Because the formula is long lasting it is drying and more then the Colourpop liquid lipsticks. In the beginning it bothered me a lot, but now I'm use to it and after time it feels more comfortable on lips. I haven't got chapped lips from it, because I regularly scrub them and use hydrating lip balm in the morning and evening.

The shade Rust Lust is perfect shade for fall/winter. Its burned orang/red shade, which looks flattering on my complexion and doesn't make my teeth look yellow. If you are interested seeing how it looks on my lips you can see it here. I post daily on Instagram my makeup looks, so you can keep up what I'm testing and how it looks.

IngredientsIsododecane, Dimethicone, Isododecane & Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Cyclopentasiloxane & Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Propylene Carbonate, Vitamin – E, Propyl Paraben.

All the info on the ingredients is from EWG's Skin Deep Cosmetics Database(low hazardmedium hazardhigh hazard). If I haven't colored an ingredient it means I didn't find it in the database.

Overall I think its lovely liquid lipstick. Its full off color and long lasting. I wish it wouldn't be as drying and there would be no parabens in it. If you are interested checking out other shades you can do so here

Review: Freedom Makeup London #ProArtist HD Pro Finish Powder

Hi loves! I have been using to set my makeup with Freedom Makeup London #ProArtist HD Pro Finish Powder (8g, €7.01).

This is a loose powder and I love that the product doesn't come out when I take it with me when traveling.

This claims to fit all skin tones and the formula is vegan, gluten free and not tested on animals.
This makes my skin feel velvety smooth and my skin looks instantly matte. All the other powders apply on it evenly and is easy to blend everything out, nothing looks patchy.

Most of the time I have oily skin type, but at the moment my skin is more to the dry side. I still get oily in the T-zone with this powder after few hours. So the staying power is not that good with it and I do need to do touch ups through out the day. Now that the weather is colder I don't need to do as much touch ups and some days not at all. It really depends on the weather. Does that happen to you too?

    Ingredients: Silica, Methylparaben, Propylparaben

All the info on the ingredients is from EWG's Skin Deep Cosmetics Database(low hazardmedium hazardhigh hazard). If I haven't colored an ingredient it means I didn't find it in the database.

Overall I like the powder specially when the weather is colder, on summer it wouldn't really work for me. I'll be enjoying it now and put it aside when the weather gets warmer. Also it hasn't irritated or broke me out, because of the higher hazard ingredients in it.

If you wanna check it out for yourself , you can fid it here.

    Which your favorite setting powder?
